Instructions for gas meter reading submission
A.
Gas meter readings in the area of the city of Zagreb, Velika Gorica, Zaprešić and municipalities Brdovec, Pušća, Marija Gorica and Dubravica are performed by:
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OPERATOR >>>Gradska plinara Zagreb d.o.o.<<< in accordance with the Gas Distribution System Network Code (OG 155/14).
When and how to submit one’s gas meter reading
Given that the gas meter reading model has been changed by the DSO in relation to the model that was used thus far (4 gas meter readings per year), we would like to notify all of our customers that Gradska plinara Zagreb – Opskrba, as natural gas supplier for the customers of public gas supply service and guaranteed supply HOUSEHOLDS, will continue using the current model of performing and delivering quarterly calculations and notifications on prepayment instalments (4 calculations and 8 prepayment instalments per year). You can submit your gas meter readings in the period from the 25th of the previous month to the 5th of the month in which the calculation is made, for the previous accounting period. Gas meter readings can be submitted in the following times**:

Calculation area code pertinent to the gas meter reading and calculation is indicated in the upper left corner of your bill (gas consumption calculation).
** The period during which customers can submit their gas meter readings is updated monthly with each following accounting period.
Time interval for submissions of gas meter readings by customers from the category COMPANIES for tariff models TM1-TM8 is every month from
the 1st to the 4th in the month.

B.
Monthly gas meter readings and submissions for natural gas customers in the area of the city of
Bjelovar and municipalities
Rovišće,
Štefanje,

Nova Rača,
Severin,
Veliki Grđevac and
Velika Pisarnica are performed by:

Gas meter readings for customers from the category of public gas supply service and guaranteed supply (
HOUSEHOLDS) is performed
once a month, except for July and August when gas consumption is significantly lower in comparison with other months. During that period Gradska plinara Zagreb – Opskrba will estimate gas consumption and send bills to the customers on the basis of estimated gas consumption in the same period last year, including fixed monthly fee of distribution system operator for that month.
Customers can submit their gas meter readings for those months through the following submission channels in the period from
the 25th of the month for which consumption is calculated to the of 5th the month in which the calculation is made. If the gas meter reading is submitted during that period and if it corresponds to the actual gas consumption, the gas meter reading will be taken into account when calculating gas consumption. If the gas meter reading is submitted outside of the time interval indicated above, it will not be taken into account, and the calculation will be made on the basis of estimated gas consumption.
