Customer complaints with regard to natural gas bills

You can submit a complaint with regard to a natural gas bill in one of the following ways:

  1. personally at the Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba Consumer Centre, Radnička cesta 1, at the counters for submitting complaints,
  2. by submitting a complaint request with regard to a bill or prepayment instalment at Zagreb Holding Customer Centre at Ulica grada Vukovara 41.
  3. by sending a complaint request to fax no. 01/6429-470 or via e-mail address opskrba@gpz-opskrba.hr,
  4. by phoning the Customer Information Centre of Gradska Plinara Zagreb - Opskrba 01/6184-601
