Personal identification number (PIN) data required for the purposes of concluding a f Agreement, either as an existing or new customer for purchasing of natural gas, pursuant to Personal Identification Number Act (OG 60/08) and General Terms and Conditions of Natural Gas Supply, article 28 (OG 43/09) can be delivered:
- by using the Form which can be downloaded HERE (doc) and by submitting it to the Gradska plinara Zagreb - Opskrba Consumer Centre at Radnička cesta 1 in Zagreb or by sending the filled-in form to the e-mail address: oib@gpz-opskrba.hr.
- By phoning the Customer Information Centre of Gradska Plinara Zagreb - Opskrba 01/6184-601 (Customer Information Section)
