Notice of transferring from existing direct debit service outside the SEPA scheme to the SEPA direct debit service

What is SEPA?

Gradska plinara Zagreb – opskrba in line with the National SEPA Migration Plan – Single Euro Payments Area – enables transferring from the  existing direct debit (permanent payment orders) to the new SEPA direct debit service. You can find more information at www.sepa.hr The aim of the SEPA initiative is to establish a central transaction system.
How to set up SEPA direct debit?

How to terminate SEPA direct debit?

If you want to terminate SEPA direct debit, you will need to send a written request for termination at the address Gradska plinara Zagreb – Opskrba d.o.o., Radnička cesta 1, 10000 Zagreb or via e-mail: GPZO.Trajninalozi@gpz-opskrba.hr

What changes for existing users of direct debit?

Existing users will experience no change except for the fact that payment orders will be created by Gradska plinara Zagreb – Opskrba d.o.o.
All existing direct debits after 09/02/2019 will automatically be transferred to SEPA direct debit.

How much does SEPA direct debit cost?

Information on the cost of implementing SEPA direct debit should be checked at the bank where the account which will be used for payments is located.

Refund of funds paid via SEPA direct debit?

A refund can se sought from the bank where the debit account is located or by sending a request to the address: Gradska plinara Zagreb – Opskrba d.o.o., Radnička cesta 1, 10000 Zagreb or via e-mail: GPZO.Trajninalozi@gpz-opskrba.hr
