Pursuant to articles 60(9) and 114(1), in conjuction with articles 61 and 62 of Law on the Natural gas market( „Narodne novine“, no. 18/18), Croatian energy regulatory agency took next decisions at the 21st Session of HERA'S Governing Council that was held on July 27th 2018:

 DECISION

 of determination the guaranteed gas supplier for the time-period from October 1st 2018 till September 30th 2021.

 Energy operator Gradska plinara Zagreb-Opskrba d.o.o., Radnička Street 1, is determined as guaranteed gas supplier in Republic of Croatia for the time-period from October 1st 2018 till September 30th 2021.
